ARTICLE I - OFFICES

1. The registered office of the Corporation shall be at the Camelot Forest Conservation Association Clubhouse on Sir Bradford Road, Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

2. The Corporation may also have offices at such other places as the Board of Directors may, from time to time, appoint or the activities of the Corporation may require.
